The Rowan County Concert Association will present Jackie Finley and her five-piece band to bring back memories of the great singer, Patsy Cline. Finley has opened for Travis Tritt, Jo dee Messina and sung at the world-famous Tootsie's Orchid in Nashville and won the IDOL competition in Las Vegas. A pre-show with a male a cappella quartet will perform at 7:00pm
