The Rowan Arts Council presents "Jazzy Art and Poetry" at the Rowan Arts Council Office in Rail Walk Studios & Gallery Building 413 N. Lee Street in downtown Salisbury, NC.

The program is a chance for the audience to relax after work with soft original Jazz music and readings by local poets and writers.  The 2nd Thursday of each month from 5-7pm. FREE and open to the public.

This is a rare opportunity to hear music and poetry still in the works as well as finished published work. The audience has even been able to help name a song and vote on what should be on the CD.
