Gold Hill Founder's Day

Our 20th Annual Founder's Day Celebration will be held on Saturday Sept.

26, 2009 at Gold Hill Mines Historic Park. The event will begin at 9AM.
Breakfast biscuits will be available for early birds. If you are a vendor with arts/crafts or an exhibitor planning to set up early, plan to grab a biscuit at the park instead of on the way in. If you are a visitor coming in for the day, plan to have breakfast with us while you wait for the parade to begin at 10AM.  Be sure to bring a lawn chair and

stay all day. We have a huge day planned with Arts/Crafts, Heritage Living Exhibits and Demonstrations, Entertainment, Civil War Encampment and Skirmish, Food and a lot more. Bob Drew's Parks Committee has been diligently working on the Chilean Ore Mill and hopes to have it ready to

crush some ore at the event. We're looking to have a great event and to have you here will top it all off. Please forward this to all your friends on your email list and share the info as well to those who do not have the internet.

Please pass the word help us have a great 20th Annual Founder's Day Celebration.
